Understanding and Navigating Shadow Work: Level 1

This workshop is dedicated to the understanding and process of shadow work through embodiment, parts work, mindfulness, and compassion practices. Participants will go through an introduction to shadow work, discuss what the shadow really means and unpack the ways they relate to shadow. The afternoon section of the workshop will be devoted to embodiment, improvisation, and mindfulness practices, where participants will get to commune with parts of themselves in soft and playful ways. The workshop will close with a closing ceremony and Q&A. This event is great for seekers who are far along their path and those who are brand-new!
